Welcome!
I am a PhD candidate in Political Science at The Ohio State University, specializing in Comparative Politics and Political Methodology, with a minor in Political Psychology.
My research sits at the intersection of African politics, urban governance, and political behavior. I use experimental and survey methods to study how citizens respond to corruption, development policies, and political leadership in sub-Saharan Africa. My research has appeared in the European Journal of Development Research and African Review.
Prior to joining Ohio State, I received an MA in International Relations (2018) from Miami University and a BA in International Relations from James Madison College at Michigan State University (2017), with a minor in Environmental Studies and Sustainability from the Residential Initiative on the Study of the Environment (RISE).
